Anxiety Disorder Phobia
The feeling of fear is certainly familiar to everyone. Fear has the function of warning us of danger, imminent suffering or a threat (pain, loss, death, etc.).
From its individual genesis, the respective fear is thus necessary to protect us. However, as soon as the fear takes on an excessive dimension, it can become a distressing companion for a person.
The anxiety disorder acts like a blockade that needs to be broken through, whereby you probably lacked the right tools until now. This is where hypnosis comes into play. The anxiety disorder can be treated and dissolved very effectively in hypnosis - scientifically proven. It provides rapid symptom relief through deep neural relaxation in the trance state.
Often you are hardly or insufficiently aware of the background of your fear reactions (dissociation). Hypnosis therefore addresses your subconscious in order to understand the origin of your fear.
Types of Phobia
During the treatment of anxiety disorders, we distinguish between phobias and other anxiety disorders.
In the case of phobia, the fear is caused by clearly definable triggers.
Panic attacks
In the case of the other anxiety disorders, the triggers are often not reduced to any particular environment and occur persistently. The anxiety is often accompanied by panic attacks. If these attacks occur recurrently, we speak of a panic disorder. In case of a panic disorder, physical symptoms occur, such as dizziness, rapid heartbeat, high blood pressure or even feelings of suffocation.
